Daytime Holiday Look: 3-D Florals, Tulles, Lace

It is the holiday season but have you been out in the daytime to celebrate holiday season? What would you wear in daytime?
Stripes? Checks? Plaids? Florals? Why not something different and romantic? Do you love 3-D florals like I do? It looks super cute with anything lace. You can dress up or dress down or you can be super cute or make it look edgy with edgy accessories. However I preferred to look romantic and classy by opting for 3-D floral A-line midi skirt and what seems to be the wow factor is the colour of the skirt: blush. I know you are wondering from where I got this pretty 3-D floral skirt with tulle and that too in this excellent colour but sadly you would never get it in any of the store out there. I made it with the help of my tailor. I wanted the skirt to be the centre of attention and so I thought of buying different colour and different shaped 3-D flowers and tulle fabric and incorporate it in my old blush skirt. Reinventing your clothes can make a huge difference and change the way you dress and look. Speaking of reinventing, I thought of changing my blouse style and went for something classy like this white lace with black collar top from Wish, a fashionable and trendy shopping site. I wore blush ring from H&M, golden cuff from Aldo, brow-bar sunglasses from Aldo, structured white bag from Aldo. I finished my look with black and gold loafer style wedge.

Check out the pictures below and let me know what you think about this pretty daytime holiday look.

How I Wear It: Tiered And Tulle Dress

Sight seeing in Singapore was fun but it felt hot and humid in the mid November. In the hot humid days it was impossible to look impeccably stylish. So, I thought of putting less effort by opting for tiered and tulle dress from Fairweather which has rich and extremely beautiful colour combination.
How do you wear your favourite tiered and tulle dress? I kept it super simple the last time I wore this dress.  I love the fact that the slip on  tiered and tulle dress is not only comfortable but looks marvellous for daytime.

Check out my outfit below.

Since it's mid November and it gets a bit cold at night even though it's extremely hot during the day; I layered my look by wearing a black tee underneath my dress. Check out Garage and BlueNotes for black tee.

A charm bracelet is necessary if you are in tropical land with lots of temples and amazing Buddhist shrine around. The charm bracelet matches perfectly with the environment.
Also carry a big structured handbag to fit all your necessary items. Check out Aldo, H&M and Sears for great deals in huge structured bag.

Tie your hair loosely in a ponytail in tropical climates even if it's winter time to avoid getting sweaty.

A big cocktail ring is super sexy in any occasion

A statement necklace doesn't have to be super big.... A aquamarine and navy blue stone necklace like this was will surely make your outfit glamorous.

A simple black wedge is what you need when going for sight seeing.

Mix & Match: Loafers + Fit & Flare Dress + Leggings

Hello Fashionholics!

A new day brings a new fashion tip!

Today I was in the mood for something light and romantic and though of trying out one of my dress from my India trip of last year. So, I wore my lace blush colour fit and flare dress that has three quarter sleeves and toughened it up with leather leggings and loafers from Marie Claire which has black and white cheetah print on top.

Read on to take notes on Fashion tips.

1. Colour block with light colours like go for something like powder blue and lemon, light peach and ivory and one of my favourite blush with white.

2. One thing I love about this dress is the tulle at the bottom which makes the dress look adorable. Look for Tulles and laces for the romantic look every girl craves.

3. Dress over leggings doesn't have to be weird....Well that's what the Channel SS2015 runway report says!

4. Add only one fun colourful accessories to simple outfit cause you don't want people to notice your clothes and accessories only!!! What I mean is that people should also notice and appreciate you and your style! Therefore I choosed to wear only one fun accessory this time.

5. Look for longer necklaces to make your torso look lean and also look for geometric shapes.

6. This necklace has very interesting colour combination like tangerine, peach, orange, light cobalt, yellow, sea green and is perfect from day to night. Therefore this statement necklace is fun and creative way to style your outfit.

7. Get the look of romantic yet grungy with this simple rule. Go for 1 romantic item with 2 grungy pieces. In this case I went for lace fit and flare dress for the romantic vibe. I toughened my look with leather leggings and cheetah print fur and leather loafer.

8. Tired of this particular romantic yet grungy look? No problem! Add fun accessory like statement necklace which calls attention.

9. Want another interesting trick? Next time go for two tone fit and flare dress

10. Menswear inspired pieces are everywhere from runway to high ends and every other high street stores to thrift stores and you name it. So, keeping that in mind I went for loafers which is trendy and comfortable.

11. The most important fashion tip from this look is that balancing 4 different styles in one outfit. Fashion tip and trick from this ootd: romantic+grungy+menswear inspired+fun and creative.

12. The last fashion tip to note: loafers+fit & flare dress+leggings

Let me know what other fashion tip you could think of and how would wear this trend. Comment below to let me know about your opinion on today's look.
Xoxo.
