Dress Up Your Maxi Dress With These 4 Tips

Every time during spring and summer I struggle with mexi length dresses rather than worrying about them for fall and Winter. It's because it's easier to wear maxi dresses during colder months rather than warmer months. During colder months I go for military jackets, gloves, beanie sleeveless vest depending on the condition  of the weather. 

However during the summer of July 2015 I gave it some new twist. I went to this park near Brooklyn bridge. The weather was perfect not too warm or cold. Check out my Four tips to dress up your maxi dress for summer.

1. Floppy Hats are stylish and best for bad hair day. Go for a quick fashion update by choosing for something big, stylish and trendy like this Nine West floppy white hat.

2. Match your belt with your hat instead of matching your bag with ur shoe. A trick worth remembering  next time you go for a stroll in maxi dress.

3. Structured bag in lighter shade is enough to make you look classier.

4. Everything gold is the key when it comes to accessories. I choose gold necklace from Suzy Shier and gold slip Ons from Aldo.

Just like me I  am sure all of you guys are excited to watch "The Age of Adaline" releasing this 24th April. Well, Recently the blonde bombshell, Blake Lively was seen attending shows and press conference to promote her movie and she was spotted in not one or two ....but record breaking 10 different looks in one day. 

Well, I love all of them, here are fashion tips and mix and match lessons to learn from her.

A matching coat and dress doesn't have to be gaudy, it can be bright and fabulous if you are toning the whole outfit down with your basic pump and middle part pony tail.

I always loved pink and black combination. Here the whole outfit is trying to make her look leaner. It's because she choosed a wrap dress with vertical stripes at the front. 

Fashion trick to learn from this look: Matching sets + wavy hair

Colour blocking other colours with black gives the illusion of greater height. Ditch your printed maxi and go for vertical colour blocking stripe maxi this summer while attending beach parties.

A Cinderalla moment for every girl is a must. Go for off the shoulder full dress with stack of pearl and white or metallic shoe for a Cinderalla inspired look.

I can point out 2 fashion tip from last and my most favourite look. The first one is the green, white and red combo which is a great combination. The second one is a new jumpsuit trend to follow this summer....it's tropical jumpsuit!!!...go for a strapless one and finish the look with dangling earrings for a night out in town.

Pick Of The Day: Fruity Maxi Dress

Hey Fashionholics!!!

It's fruity and it's trendy....check out my new maxi dress! The flowy maxi dress in fruity print is absolutely perfect for spring. I went for my usual favourite spiky wedges and white cardigan. I wanted the necklace and bag to stand out ....so I opted for this unique Egyptian style necklace and snakes skin animal print bag. 

Read to know more about this spring outfit of mine.

1. Push up the sleeves of your cardigan: As I have mentioned earlier in my old post spring is for fun prints, I am sticking with what I said before.....this time I choosed fruity maxi dress which has big green apple prints. I added an extra glamorous item like this white cardigan and pushed up my sleeves to give it a laid back look.

2. Wedges + maxi dress: this 70s fashion tip should be noted because this season is all about 70s with lots of colour and interesting trends like suede, fringe, flare pants and flare jeans.

3. Take your bag as your clutch: carry your bag as your clutch and take off or hide the satchel inside your bag. 

4. Go for Egyptian style: this necklace reminds me of beautiful Egypt and cleopatra and is absolutely perfect for your night out with freinds or dinner date.

5. A messy bun is always fun: messy bun adds mysteriously sexy look to any outfit and goes with flowy and feminine dress. When in doubt try this fabulous easy and fuss free hairstyle.

6. Animal print + fruity print: try this trend out and mix and match prints like trendsetter....mix fruity prints with animal print to add little bit of edgyness to your spring outfit.
