Celebs Who Strictly Followed The "Manus X Machina" Theme of Met Gala 2016

The Met Gala 2016 was just yesterday night and I just cannot stop talking and thinking about Claire Dane's dress! It is not only me but nobody seems to forget the illuminating dress Claire Danes wore and wowed us. It's not a surprise that her dress has been the most talked about subject around the internet! Thanks to the MET Gala team for choosing such wonderful theme for the celebrities who didn't fail to wow us with their extravagant and out of the box styling.

This year the board members of Metropolitan museum of Art with the help of Editor in Chief of US Vogue magazine, Anna Wintour decided the most realistic and interesting theme for the celebrities who were personally invited for the Met Gala 2016. The "Manus X Machina"- Fashion at the age of technology, just says it all about what's been taking place and how things are currently running in the fashion industry. It is the time of technology and human beings in all sector of the economy are dependent on it and fashion seems to adapt this new and fast culture the latest technology has offered.

There were celebrities who strictly followed the rules and shocked us with their styling while others wore gorgeous flowy gowns and looked spectacular even though their look doesn't match the theme set for the Met Gala 2016.

So, these are the celebrities who strictly followed the theme and looked the best at the same time. Shop All The Looks Below

Claire Danes who looked like Cinderalla on the red carpet was no doubt the best dressed celebrities of last night! What was surprising that her dress glows in the dark and therefore portraying the best Manus X Machina theme of Met Gala 2016. She made a spectacular entrance at Met Gala in a whimsical sky ball gown by Zac Posen which is carefully hand-sewn with Organza and fiber optics.

Taylor Swift made us think about Star Wars when she stepped out in ruffle metallic short dress from Louis Vuitton that has cut-outs around her waist and as for accessories she finished her look with gladiator heels.

The Givenchy dress has puffy sleeves and the fabric looks like its made out of Condom but still she never fails to look gorgeous and hot! Beyonce  "Slays" it perfectly and surely one of the best dressed of the Met Gala 2016.

There is something magical and whimsical about this Calvin Klein off the shoulder dress. The dress has architectural shape at the front and long train at the back is somewhat way too long and makes it look like a wizard's cloak. Surely Emma Watson is reminding us of her character "Hermione" of Harry Potter.

Katy Perry is dressed in Prada and she looks like Maleficent of sleeping Beauty! But It's Kay Perry! she can pulloff anything and everything!

No doubt Karolina Kurkova is in the best dressed list of Met Gala 2016 because the high low Organza dress is no only beautiful and breathtaking but it has white 3D florals and petals! The dress looks like it is inspired by winter! It is the craftsmanship of the Marchesa dress that should be celebrated!

Nicole Kidman portayed the celestial beauty and the beauty of universe through her Alexander Mcqueen dress. The dress has a cape and therefore strongly matches the theme of Met Gala.

Alessandra Ambosio in a Balmain dress has a metallic belt clinched at the waist. The dress has peekaboos all over it and the details on this dress is Architectural. It's the unique cut-work of the dress that has attracted me!

Grecian inspired and has slits at the front, Emma Stone looks perfect in Prada

Its Organza, has cape and the colour combination is just perfect( pink and red) to atrract us, Blake Lively was definitely breath taking in Burberry

I have no idea how to describe Kenal Jenners Versace dress. It looks like printed elastic straps all over her body! But she surely manages to look one of the best!

What Alexa Chung wore is what I look forward to and this Thakoon jumpsuit of her is very futuristic and edgy.

With unusual detail and pleat like patterns this Chanel dress of Lily Rose Depp is one of the most simple yet stylish.

Balmain seems the most favourite in Met Gala2016 and Kylie looks beautiful and futuristic in Balmain dress that has beautiful details all around it. Don't you think?

One shoulder, side slit and asymmetric sleeves is what a gown should have if the theme is fashion is at age of technology!Kate Upton has one of the best beauty in Met Gala and looks like a diva in a Top Shop dress.

Another beautiful Dolce & Gabanna dress that is worn by a beautiful celebrity and that is none other than Kate Bosworth. She has middle part hair and the hair accessory matches with her dress.

Zendaya seemed to rock the theme with one shoulder golden Michael Kors dress that has little train at the back. Love the short hair of hers.

Unusually shaped, architectural and tulle sleeves has attracted attention of many Met Gala viewers and the shoe is the reminder of Carrie of Sex & The City is undoubtedly the most stylish person ever lived. Sarah Jessica Parker looks unusually fashionable in Monse.

Forget knuckle ring! A Tommy Hilfiger dress that has knuckle sleeves and has metallic stripes is definitely fashion forward. Haily Baldwin looks gorgeous and love the lace up shoe and baby pink lips.

The Peter Pilotto dress worn by Alison Williams is not only printed but has 3D flowers, cut outs around the waist, one shoulder and long train!

AmberValetta wore an H&M dress that has unusual architectural shape in the midriff and has black and white feathers at the bottom.

Feathers and one shoulder is perfect for Met Gala theme of these year and Anna Ewers in boss seems to take Met Gala seriously!

Trends To Try: Prada AW2015

Hey Fashionholics!

There were lot of things common in Milan Fashion Week. One of them is feminine dressing. Prada had its model walked in 50s inspired fit and flare dress, Peter Pan collar and dress over shirt. There were some other trends which were spotted and I would love to try.

Check out the trends below to know more about tips on how to dress them.

1. Spaghetti strap: Prada shows that you can look elegent and feminine in your spaghetti strap dresses and tops.
Fashion Tip: wear it over a turtle neck sleeve less top instead of the usual full sleeve.

2. Sleeveless Coat/blazer: again just spaghetti strap sleeveless coats can be elegent. Prada went for lots tweeds and polished sleeveless coat.
Fashion Tip: wear it with half sleeve shirt and long gloves to bring back the 30s.

3. All over tweed: perhaps the most coveted trend of the year
Fashion Tip: Wear tweeds in brown, black or cream and break the monotonous look with colourful bags and shoes.

4. On your shoulder: there were interesting detail on the shoulder and sleeves. There were interesting details like bows or fur.
Fashion Tip: make this trend the centre of attention by going without any extra or catchy accessories.

5. Waterproof: Interesting as it seems Prada went for shiny acrylic, pvc and other waterproof fabrics.
Fashion Tip: when it's chilly, windy and little slowly out there keep yourself dry by going for waterproof fabrics and long gloves. Wear brooch to finish off the look.

6. Pastel and polished: yes the colours are sorbet and it looks pretty cute!!! but at the same time Prada kept it vintage and polished.
Fashion Tip: try wearing pastel suit with bright shirt underneath. Button up your coat to show only the collar of your bright shirt.

Well, I love most of Prada's Autumn winter 2015 trend but these were my top favourites. Something which I would definitely try is sleeveless coat. What is your favourite trend let me know in the comments below.
Xoxo
